Timothy J. Casey

Timothy J. Casey has extensive trial experience and practice in Arizona, and other states, in prosecuting and defending personal injury and wrongful death claims. His areas of practice include product liability litigation, premises liability, general tort litigation, trucking litigation, and the defense of governmental entities in a wide variety of state and federal litigation.     Education

    Tim graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. degree in Business Management in 1986.

    He continued his education at Drake University Law School and earned his Juris Doctor Degree with Honors in 1990.

    Tim was a member of the Drake University Law Review, the Drake University National Moot Court Team, and earned membership in the Order of the Barristers.

    Personal Interests/Community Involvement

    Tim is active in the local community where he serves on the Bishop’s Finance Council for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix, and on the board of directors and advisory boards for various local non-profit organizations. He has also served as campaign counsel to numerous elected officials and candidates for office, and as General Counsel to the Arizona State Republican Party (2002-06). Tim enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, mountain biking, traveling, and reading biographies and histories.
